Referring to your Despatch No. 88 of the 18th, of March,

I have the honour to transmit for the signification of His Majesty's

pleasure the following Ordinance entitled :----

"An Ordinancs to amend The Foreshores and Sea Bed Ordinance. No. 21 of 1901, and to repeal Sub- section (1) of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 11 of 1902: No. 12 of 1908.
